About this event

  • 2 hours

In this two-hour in-person session, you'll tap in to your natural, innate ability to totally relax your mind, body, spirit and soul, and allow yourself to simply LET GO of everything that's been weighing you down, holding you back, and stressing you out.

If you've found relaxation to be something that doesn't come easily to you — if you've struggled with switching off your thoughts, with giving your body permission to do absolutely nothing — then we'd like to show you just how effortless deep, profound, nourishing relaxation can be.

So much of what people call "anxiety" is really stress, or is stress-related. If you can reduce the level of stress in your life, so many other issues that trouble you tend to clear up by themselves.

This program is for everyone, regardless of your level of experience with meditation, and no matter how successful (or unsuccessful) you've been with other programs or methods of relaxation in the past!

Deep Dive Dream Center is located at 201 S. Craig Street, in the heart of Oakland.

Space in the session is extremely limited. Sign up now to secure your spot!

Ashley Toia writes: "★★★★★ I love this place! The programs are relaxing and they help you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. They can also help you to connect on a meaningful level with the other participants in the class, if you’re interested in that (it’s also fine to stay silent). If you’re tired of the traditional Saturday night at a loud, crowded bar, shouting at strangers, do something more meaningful this week and try out a meditation class!"

Przemysław Wiszniewski writes: "★★★★★ Kevin creates an amazing atmosphere of acceptance and understanding using his extensive experience. Moreover, extraordinary people come here who want to discover themselves. The sessions are unique in their ability to stimulate your imagination and help you recall long-forgotten memories. I've been to several meetings and I plan to attend as much as I can."

Pattie Martello writes: "★★★★★ I have been attending sessions at the center for over a year now because Kevin fosters an environment of acceptance and trust. Kevin’s meditation exercises and discussions offer helpful insights and promote relaxation and feelings of peace. I would recommend it to anyone interested in meditation."

Vivek S. writes: "★★★★★ As a beginner to meditation, I have only good things to say about Deep Dive Meditation. I recommend it highly to anyone who wants to dip their toes into meditation. The space is serene, and Kevin, the instructor is a very welcoming person!"

You are an integrated being of Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul.

All of you matters. All of you is important.

And ALL of you is recognized, embraced, cherished and welcomed here.

Let’s melt what has become hardened within you.

Let’s fill what has become empty, and awaken what has become deadened and dull.

Let’s bring you back to life — by bringing you back to the experience of ALIVENESS!

Feedback from Stephanie Rouch:

I really enjoyed the meditation experience and hope to join again. I have since used the water meditation you guided us through to fall asleep. A few months ago, someone gave me soft loving advice to live with "delicious curiosity." The meditation experience helped me to explore more ways to do this. I liked talking about and practicing how each feeling is an experience, something we can choose to engage with or not.

Thanks again, peace,

Stephanie

Feedback from Sudha Sai (@Sudhafed):

I enjoyed the experience! I loved that all the participants were there for the same reason, which allowed me to connect a little more to others there, and mentally offer empathy to them. It also allowed me to be empathetic to myself too, which can be a struggle.

What you said about needing to speak to the brain in a language it understands resonated with me. Using visualizations as a tool may have done something that words alone could not. I had some vivid dreams that night after the session, as you said we might have.

Thanks for the wonderful experience,

Sudha

Feedback from Ross Marshall (@RossMarshallWrites):

Thanks so much for sharing your medicine with us. I've definitely felt things shift and integrate internally, some of them subtle, some of them not so much.

One of the biggest things I've come to notice is just HOW MUCH unconscious programming and core negative beliefs I've come to take as being my true Self. It's been interesting unearthing those, and I'm grateful for your guidance in getting that process going!
